Fred Stone, 73, Dies Sunday Night at Cowgill
Fred Stone, 73-year-old retired farmer, died at his home in Cowgill Sunday night at 6:00 following a heart attack. He had been a heart patient several months and was a son of the late Mrms. Legrand Stone of Hamilton. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Marcella Stone, of the home; two sons, Donald and Roy of Co wgill; five sisters, Mrs. Ella Robb, Hamilton; Miss Moreau Stone, Atchison, Kans.; Mrs. Leona Goodnow, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Linnie Houghton and Mrs. John Hall of Kingston; and four brothers, Ed of Hamilton, George of Chilhowee, Craig of Independence, and Lee Stone of Wray, Colorado. The funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock at the Church of Christ in Cowgill. Interment was made in the Evergreen cemetery at Braymer.
