That bike was put together from several, all gotten at a bargin price at the "bone yard". Mostly put together and kept together by Brownie and Walter. They could be seen going all around on it. Barbi Ennis Connolly

'43) and 2 Unknowns (Who am I ?) in front of the Huckelberry Duck B 25 Mitchell #41-12925 of the 321st BG, the 447th BS of the 57th Bomb Wing, the 12th Air Force (1943 in Africa) Brownie flew Combat Misions in this quite a bit and Ed crashed in this ship 4 Oct. '43, a complete loss, one man died (Lt James Shaw) on the 1st Mission out of the mainland of Italy. Capt. Henry "Steve" Stephenson regularly Piloted this ship.

'43, crash on take-off, 1st Mission out of Italy, a complete loss (one man died, James Shaw).... not much left !

They were best friends and could be seen going places together, and many times with their other friend, Walter Cantrell. "Brownie" was KIA 3 Dec.'43
