riginally located outside of St. Petersburg Greenwood Cemetery was established by H.P. Bussey with the first interment in 1892. Greenwood is the last resting place for some of the city's earliest pioneers including its first mayor the staunch Prohibitionist David Moffett. Civil War veterans both blue and gray are buried side by side.
