Added by: jkieffer2501Copy of document signed on May 4,1895 at Clarksburg WV by Henry P Slaven to accommodate his release from POW camp. The document does not mention it- but HP had lost part of one leg a the second battle at Winchester. How did he make it back to Jackson county, WV .?.
